Both options are available. We are flexible to how you want to start your project.
Option 1 – You bring your own blueprint If you already have architectural plans from your own architect, designer, or engineer, we will take it from there. Our team will review your plans for constructability and budget alignment, suggest material or cost-saving optimizations, and build your project exactly as designed.
Option 2 – We design it for you If you do not have plans yet, our in-house architect will work with you to create a custom blueprint from scratch. We provide CAD drawings and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. The design is tailored to your vision, budget, and lot. Plus, the same team handles the transition from design to construction seamlessly.
